These MVP terms describe the expected rules for using Ritual. They are a practical starter document and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public production launch.

Use of the service

Ritual is intended for respectful creation, preservation and sharing of digital memorials. Users must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading or intentionally harmful content.

Content ownership

Users remain responsible for the content they submit. By uploading content, users confirm that they have sufficient rights and permissions to publish that content through the service.

Memorial accuracy and moderation

Memorial information may be emotional and personal. The service owner may remove or restrict content that violates platform rules, privacy expectations, intellectual property rights or applicable law.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features, when enabled, are processed through the configured payment provider. Pricing, renewal and cancellation terms should be clearly shown before a user completes payment.

Availability

The MVP is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Production deployment should include backups, monitoring and incident response procedures.
